Will a 6800GT run on 350W?

I'm thinking of buying a used "BFG GeForce 6800 GT OC 256MB GDDR3"

Will it run fine hooked to a 350W with +12V with 21A?

Pretty sure it'll run on 250W too. It runs in my Dell Dimension 4500, and I have no idea how low that one goes.

I ran my old one in an AXP-based system briefly using an Antec TP350 & it worked fine.
