Will 300 Watts be enough?

I'll be getting a new motherboard and processor (P4 2.0 478 PIN) and I was curious if 2 hard drives and 3 CDROMs would be too much for the powersupply. Probably not but I wasn't really sure. Also, I'm not buying any fans with this, should I? Here are the links to the stuff I'm getting.

It depends on the quality of the PSU. An enermax or antec probably could handle it. A generic probably might not. It also will depend on the rest of your rig such as vid card and stuff. I currently run an XP 1800+, with 2 harddrives, Radeon 8500LE, 1 cd rom and 1 cd-rw on a 300W antec and it is perfectly stable. I think PIV also use elss power than Athlon XP. So, I think you should be okay given that your cd-rom is not 100x or something and that you have a brand name PSU.

It'll work fine.

The reason no one replied is that this question is asked daily and a simple search would have shown that. :)
