Will 250W PSU support 3HD's, 2 CD's, and a PIII CPU?

I just bought a new hard drive to add to the 2 I already have. My question is will it support another hard drive because I already have a power splitter for one of the drive power cables. The other devices I have are 2 CD drives, floppy and a Pentium III CPU. Thanks you guys.
