My guess is Putin doesn't want them out. Everything in the Cloud is out there. We are using a medium that uses mass duplication of data to transfer. Everything you have read and written is out there. It is a question of who is looking and who is unprincipled enough to look. IE The Fappening.
PayPal is setup so there are fewer copies of Credit Card floating about. You are asking "Why the dog didn't bark?" as proof or clarification. I guess Putin hasn't sent it over yet. If he does I expect WikiLeaks to release them.

Do you really believe that? So you think they don't have all the information already and that the timing (drip drip) of the release isn't suspect?

What makes you believe that? You think the Russians send Wikileaks the documents every day and wikileaks releases them? Does that seem rational to you? Let alone that narrative is in stark contrast to everything Assange has said. You must be a Trump supporter.

Because it would mean a Clinton loss, and Assange hates Clinton with a purple passion. He's disgusted with Trump, but with Clinton it's personal.
 
Trump would let Assange off the hook so he finally can get out of that embassy he has been holed up in. Clinton would probably keep him there or pressure Equador to turn him over.
