It would be cool if the end-user received a ticket
showing the original problem and the repair(if any)
which was done on a "remanufactured" or "recertified" part they may receive
(sadly it never happens)
A site where people can log the trouble they've had with a part which they have returned for a replacement
so the next person who receives the part can check if it still has same problem
