My Wii was glowing blue, checked the notice, have to update then download it from the Shop???

Sounds pretty lame, but what the hell...downloading now.

Ok, this is actually kind of interesting with all the statistics it appears to collect and analyze. Totally useless, and possibly some sort of subversive marketing research, but definitely interesting.

No blue for me, but the storms have made my internet really crappy lately so maybe it's just stuck behind some poker chips in the tubes.

I just got a Wii the other day. Does it only glow when you have it turned on? I leave mine off (with the standby orange LED on) when I'm not using it. Haven't seen it glow blue yet.

Very strange. I have a feeling it will gain cult following in Japan for reasons I cannot comprehend. I also feel that my gf and I will use it a couple times until we get in a big argument over one of the polls. Thanks Nintendo. :roll: 😉

Yup. It'll slowly fade in and out when there's an update for you to download if you have WiiConnect24 enabled.
