wii USB keyboard **official**confirmed**

It will work in the Internet Channel and you can also use it to enter in friends codes. Why didn't they include this feature in the first place. How many wasted hours did all of us spend entering in FCs with the Wiimote.

Yeah. You did update the Wii to 3.1, right?

Well it not only requires the latest Wii firmware, but you actually need to go into the shop channel and download updates to the internet channel (and the vote channel if you actually mess with that) in the wiiware section

^Correct. Then when you start the Internet Channel you should see you're keyb num lock indicator light up when it starts up.
