I have a question about monkey ball. How many worlds are in it? The box says there are 100 single player courses and with 10 a world I assume there would be 10 worlds. However, I am only able to see 8 and I have beat the boss on all worlds as well as crowns on the 1st 4.

Any help would be appreciated. How do I unlock the worlds if there are 2 extras?
 
World 9 is unlocked when you crown worlds 1-8. World 10 is unlocked when you crown world 9. I'm stuck on crowning world 9 still 🙁
