Wii in stock on Amazon $249.99

I think Wii's have finally hit the saturation point. My local Costco had palettes of them in stock for $245. At least you can get one now without too much trouble.

Wii has been in stock at Costco, Target, BB, and Amazon since the beginning of this month. Fully stocked and ready for the holiday season. The problem is people don't have the budget to buy big ticket items like a Wii console this year.

First time I had a chance to pick one up since they were released. Ive yet to see a wii in stock ANYWHERE! lol

Nintendo said "crap....xbox360 is cheaper than us....we can't do this limited supply stuff no longer......"

On a different note....I never see PS3 in stock anymore.

LOL I sold my Wii before the bubble burst. Had it for months, played it a few times. If you think PS3 lacks games, multiple that a few times w/ the Wii. Virtual Console is such a gimmick. You can emulate all those games...

Always in stock at Target, Amazon and Costco. Shit, they even have the Limited Edition gunmetal Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 40GB in stock at Amazon.com. You just need to know where to look.

Know plenty of people that have a wii, haven't seen one on in months. It was such an obvious gimmick/fad, nintendo fanboys were so funny back then.

Nintendo finally stopped toying with supply and demand . Soon people will realize no one wants this dated system anymore. *puts flame suit on* fanboys to come and attack

honestly its not about the power of the system, they just failed to play up its strengths

they got themselves a new market..

good for them...

but...will that market abandon them soon? that is the question

I agree. The graphics are obviously not on par with Xbox 360 or the PS3. BUT, it's a fun system that broke new ground. I would love to see a much more graphically powerful system with an improved Wii style controller interface. In any case, there will still be different markets. I wouldn't want to swing a controller to mimic a sword for hours while playing a MMORPG, but for a couple games of bowling or Car Racing, it's cool.

I bought the Wii for my son who loves the interaction better than the graphics. I've prefered PC games ever since Diablo's online play. Our household had a 360 that I sold to buy a Wii. That was over a year ago, and I wouldn't go back at this moment. It's all about moving the technology of gaming ahead. I'm for any advances in game machines even if I don't take part in them.

Yeah, Nintendo only managed to sell over 800,000 Wiis in North America in October.
