Wifi/ethernet converter-Extend to rooms

Will this setup work using this unit?

Setup as follows.
In living room.
Comcast cable connected to a Comcast modem.
Comcast modem connected to a wifi router.
In second room in other part of the house.
Buffalo Ethernet converter Ethernet outputs connected to desktop computer. Ethernet converter output connected to a printer. Another output of the Ethernet converter connected to a X-Box or Play Station.
House that this setup is in is a rental and lease states no additional wiring, etc is allowed.

Just from the product description it looks like it should work. I don't have any experience with this product though. Should work. I've only ever heard good things about Buffalo and it says it will do exactly what you want it to do.
