Wifi Disconnecting

My wireless 802.11g network keeps disconnecting, even though my computer still sees the network. What's going on?
 
Sounds like weak signal strength. What does the tool tip show when placing the cursor on the Wi-Fi icon in the tray?
 
It actually doesnt usually matter, I usually get low-medium connection. On the other hand, I've updated the drivers, and the problem seems to have stopped, although it usually stops and starts randomly, so it could be a coincidence.
 
That's possible - but try and get your antennas aligned so they are the same. And, try moving your computer into the same room with the router and see what happens.
