WiFi Adapter Solutions

Im looking to purchase a new wireless networking card for my desktop. I have had a few different usb type ones in the past but they always seem to start to fail after a year or so. This time around I'd like one that will last a long time and won't drop the signal for no reason like I have endured in the past. What are the best solutions out there under $50? Thanks guys.

Assuming you only need G and not N, I'd recommend the following. I've been using it for about 1 1/2 years now with issue, and it's well within your budget:

It uses a RP-SMA connector for the antenna, so you can upgrade to a higher gain antenna easily in the event your signal is not strong enough.
