Wife said no new car.

Hang in there man! I nursed my last car at least 3yrs past its usefull life wanting a new one all along, and finally got one a couple of weeks ago🙂

You can get a sweet deal on a replacement engine or what-have-you from one of the Volvo forums, you might try turbobricks.com (even though it's a GLE) or one of the others. You just might be able to get an entire parts car for less than the cost of a car payment on a new car.

Kia's are still cheap.

edit: didnt mean to sound like a smartass. Kia and hyundia are doing really well. You can pick up a 1-3 yr old vehicle at a really good price. You just have to get around the fact they are kia and hyundia. I'm, thinking of getting a Kia mini-van. err someoen just baught one here (sorry forgot teh name heh) and has a good review of it.

My wife could never say no to me about a new car. I make such decisions. Same with the boat I bought a few years back. If I want it, I just go buy it. 😉

Too bad
But deals on wheels always pop up, so if not today 6 months a yr whatever
I still think you made a great choice on the car and cause there are so many of those you will find another at a good price again.
