we dont have animal control, wife called the town hall and they said to call the sheriffs dept for possible animal abuse.

its FACT that there are hefty fines for putting dead animals in the trash? umm not in my town there isnt. the trash company the town uses doesnt give a crap what we toss out. well hazardous waste like car batteries and house hold chemicals they wont take but everything else is fair game.

its funny how people think their laws and government apply to everybody throughout the country.
