Wife Exploded! blood, goo and a baby!

wife finally decided to go in and pop this kid out. We went to the hospital at 4PM yesterday and the doctor asked if we wanted to go home or stay and have a baby. my wife wanted to stay.

she has been having severe back pain for the last 3 days. so of course she wanted it done.

well he broke her water and the baby finally came out at 3:18AM this morning!

he is 18.8 inches long and 7lbs 2oz.

yes i know he looks "splotchy" (term the nurse used heh). but most newborns look that way for a while.



update: they sent us home already. sheesh 36 hours after birth heh.

ahh no way. that was disgusting. I did not to look! everyone who has watched a kid being born knows what it looks like anyway.

yeah Christopher (i think heh) Patrick Wagenknecht. heh yeah a mouthful.




oh and a mini rant. I can't sign on the birth certificate UNTIL my wife signs something else stating that is ok for me review and sign documents about the child. Also they kick me out when they talk to her about the documents.
