My voltages are stable, and perfect....

Could I have a bad PSU, GPU?

Yeah, it happened to me a few times. When I was playing Call of Duty: United Offensive, I had to turn off the game every 20 minutes or so because my computer would turn off if I tried to play more than that. Then one time I paused the game to go downstairs to get the groceries and when I came back up, the computer was off. By the way, I was using an ATI AIW 8500DV 64MB. And some kind of stock Raidmax PSU 350 watts. When I switched my card to a 7800GS, it was all good.

I hope this helps.

Oh, its a Fortron power supply, then that would change things quite a bit.

Could still be the power supply (might've just gotten a bad one).

Try taking out some of your memory. Try one stick then switch it out with the other and see if you get the same problem.

Is this a new install of Windows? If not did you have another video card before and not clean out the drivers properly maybe?

How's your temps? Maybe the video card is overheating.

Could be. Have you adjusted anything or is that what the mobo defaulted to? How long did you run memtest and everything? In my experience, memtest takes a long time to test all of the memory (and the more you have of it the longer it takes). What about Prime95 or one of the other stability programs?

70C idle or load? That would be pretty high for idle and actually souds a little low for load for those cards.

For drivers here's what to do:

Get the newest drivers (hopefully you still have them saved on your dekstop or somewhere). Get the latest version of driver cleaner (and install it). Then uninstall your current video card drivers. Reboot into Safe Mode and run driver cleaner. Then reboot normally into Windows and install the drivers, followed by the obligatory restarting.
