Wierd problem with file sharing

Hi guys,

I have a network in my house which is made up of 7 computers including mine.

One of the computer doesn't seem to be able to see the files that are shared by others. So far only that one comp has this problem. All the others do not have a problem seeing the shared files. THE computer can share its files, just that it can't see other's files.

One other thing that I noticed is that in the "My Network Places" tab, there is only "Microsoft Windows Networks" under "Entire Network". Is this the problem ? How do I solve it ?

This computer runs on Windows XP home edition.
