Wierd noise from HD

I recently bought a HItachi 80GB SATA HD. When i boot it up i hear this wierd tsk tsk tsk sound. It's not the seeking noise, its always there for some reason. I tried using Hitachi's feature tool but that only fixes the seeking acoustics and didn't affect the "tsktsktsk" . Does anyone else have this problem?
 
I don't have the problem with my 160GB Hitachi SATA, you might want to call up their tech support and see if you need to RMA or not.
