Wierd, I've got the statement before I receive CC!

Capital One approved me a Master Card. I've just got their statement today although I haven't received the credit card yet. How is that possible?

And see charges you didn't make. Call them if this is common or whether you should be worry that someone has stolen your cc.

Call the issuing credit card company.

It's likely your card was either lost or intercepted on its way to you.
