Wierd internet problems...

I'm at work, and we have always had standard internet access thru the network, with no restrictions. Now I come in one day, and certain sites don't work... Anand always works, but OCforums won't work... except for every once in a while. Usually I just get the standard error, like the site doesnt exist. But the times I am able to get on and read messages, I get the error message when trying to post something. Hardforum also doesnt work. Also can't sign in to Ebay, though I can view everything just fine.

What could be causing this seemingly random problem? Any ideas?
 
Already emailed them, but they are all gone for the weekend, and even when hey return, they don't really know what they are doing... but that's another story. I just think it's wierd that it works, and I'm cruzing the forums, sometimes for 10+ min, then all of a sudden, nothing...
