Wierd GUI visuals on XP.

The toolbars on some of my programs (like paint) are messed up. They have a little white rectangle in each box (like file, edit, etc..), and when I scroll over them, the whold box turns white except the black letters in them. I have no idea wtf is goin on with it. It was like that since I installed windows, I swear 😛
 
get "PC Wizard" and post the temps and voltages when it does this again.

is that the actual system specs listed in your sig?
