How much do you value your girlfriend? would you get away with cheating on her? would you take a chance at losing her to see this girls big breasts? If you want this girl that called you, I say live it up man. Just be straight with her and tell her you have a girlfriend but you think she is hot. Try to feel her out and see if she will get all psycho and tell your girlfriend if you have sex with her. If you get the psycho vibe and think she will run and tell your girlfriend leave her alone. You should certainly call. And excuse yourself about being late and offer another lunch/something (BUT NOT THAT SPORTIVE-EDUCATIVE activity that I know most people in here would suggest)

I didn't call her back. lol. We were supposed to have class together, but I skipped it.... and she called me just now (right as class ended) she left a message (I didn't have signal so my phoen didn't ring...)

Its what you say in the update. "She called me and left a message" doesn't mean shit. What did she want? etc.
Call her you dumb$hit. Instead of telling us this tidbit of sorriness, go call her and take her out to lunch. You can see what she really wants by actually conversing with her. Then make your judgement there.
Have your girlfriend call her. "I'm sorry, my boyfriend's busy posting on an online message board. Did you have something you wanted to tell him?"
