Wierd Audigy problem.

I have an OEM Audigy, Winxp with latest drivers, and Abit BX133 RAID. When ever I restart the computer, I either get no sound or all I hear are buzzes and beeps from the speakers. This does not happen if I turn on the comp when it is off, only happens when I restart. This always happens, not just sometimes. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any help.

Wierd,have you tried moving the Audigy to a different PCI slot & does the same thing happen?
