Widows doesn't see my second HDD

I have 2 hard drives installed on my computer, but windows only sees drive C (IDE Pri Master) not D (IDE Pri Slave).Any help?

The only time that's ever happened to me was when the drive was dead. Is it spinning up? You sure you have the jumpers right? Does it work in another machine?

I think its spinning up. the jumpers are set propperly and i know it works, b/c i just got it out of another system this morning. In the device manager it lists it too.

Right click on My Computer and choose manage, then Disk Management, and it should be listed there (if its listed in device manager). Sounds like you need to partition and format the drive. You can do that in Disk Management.
