Widescreen vs. Full frame which do you prefer?

i like 'em both, but full frame usually looks better, unless they stretch it to make it like that, some widescreens look squished too, oh well, i'm going to vote for full

I thought the ER issues w/ black bars were filmed in widescreen, thus like the director wanted + ER is a drama >>



yea kinda like the sopranos and all those hbo shows. i thought its because they have HD versions too.. which are obviously widescreen.

I want to see the aspect ratio that the director intends. For movies and many new TV shows, that means 16:9 or wider.

I don't even see the black bars after a minute or two.
