Wich oen to get? A6-5400k OR I3-2120T

So i can get the I3 for $90 or the A6 for $75...shes a light gamer. She has a radeon 5770 video card. Wich is best for her needs. mainly plays WoW but would liek to play Sim City.

If money is a big issue, I'd get the Pentium G2120 ($80) over either of those. More CPU power than the A6, less money than an i3.

OK so that being said the I3-2120T vs the G2120. Since i can get both for 80 a piece not including shipping...from what i been seeing the G is better than the I3...

This i3 is clocked at the same speed as a Celeron G550 (2.6 Ghz), but has HyperThreading and 1MB more L3 cache.

why the 2120T and not the regular i3-2120? The regular one is faster. Is there some need to keep the lower TDP at all times?

Good choice on the i3.

1m 2c AMD cpu wouldn't have enough steam to last down the road. If you were dead set on AMD it would have to be A8 or A10 and those are difficult to find even under $100.

I dont get why anyone would buy a -T model. These chips barely use any power as it is.

For $15.00 more you could get a Unlocked Quad Core A8-5600K.
