Wich cooling solution do I need (please!!)

Well, I am buying a new Duron CPU (socket-a), 700mhz, but is OEM, so I have to put a good fan/heatsink combo to keep this thing cooled. The only problem is that I am tight of budget, so I need a good, decent cooling solution for cheap 🙂. Also, I want to O/C my cpu to at least 800 or 850mhz. Please, tell me what thing do i have to buy?.

or,

(gasp) a c-orb might suit your needs if you don't intend to overclock past 900mhz.

A Cooler Master DP5-6H11 keeps my Duron 700 running stable at 1083MHz.
