Now I have x2 4800+ I was wondering of eyecandy turn off for more performance and tweak process services under service.msc? What process service do you turn off?

You really aren't going to gain much by pruning the default Microsoft services. The best thing you can do is be cautious about installing software on your computer, and by managing startup items & third party services. Disabling XP's visual effects is another popular solution.

You have system specs that XP cannot really tax. If anything you might need another stick of RAM long term but turning off services with a gig of memory and a 4800 equivalent processor is a bit silly. It's like asking if removing a couple of pounds of leather from a Bugatti will make it much faster.
