More like why they should've thrown out a caution to let other riders know there was an emergency crew on the track, they're doing their job, not their fault other idiots couldn't steer around them.

man that is some crazy stuff.. i'm sure some didn't make it home.. you see poeple flying around in the air or on the side of the road knocked out.

and that guy is just standing there watching his buddies get run over, i would have at least run out there and gotten people out of the way.
