i would much rather have mccain than bush. i would much rather have dean than kerry.

at least with mccain we wouldn't have any questions about what he was doing during the vietnam war

How is the current Democratic party primary process this year any different than the Republic party primary process that selected GW in 2000?

Seems to me that the lemmings are calling other lemmings lemmings :p

but then again, I never did meet a neocon who could stop throwing rocks long enough to recognize the he too lived in a glass house...
For one thing, in 2000 the RNC required national candidates to support Bush if they wanted party support. In short, the RNC selected Bush in advance and expected everybody to dutifully fall in line. There is no evidence of this with the Dems ... so far.

well, actually, if you were voting for kerry becuase others were voting for bush and the bush voters were voting for the reasons in the article then it wouldn't be the exact same reasons :p

Why? Because I did the math:

Bush = Lies as a matter of course. Kills unnecessarily. Wages war frivolously. Rapes Children and the environment. Panders to the very rich. Unwavoringngly and consistently wrong. Immoral. Unconscionable. Dishonorable.

Kerry = Will probably pander to the very rich. Will probably rape children and the environment. Flip-flops on most issues. Wins medals in Vietnam (evidence he is honorable). Is critical of frivolous, immoral wars (evidence that he has a conscience). Looks French.

I was playing off of this post:

I Choose Bush if Kerry wins the nomination, else Edwards

And I have never voted for a democrat for president

I should have a warning disclaimer: I assume that everyone on this forum is mostly interested in having fun.

I hope I'm right.

hey Nitemare, with regards to your first Kerry "unknown" please see the following link:

Kerry Backs Ban on Homosexual marriage in MA

So he has a leg on both sides of the fence...I support an almost marriage for gay people...just don't call it a marriage because we don't want to lose the religious vote.
