Why would I want to? (Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: Faster Access, higher PM limit and more for AnandTech Subscribers! )

I admit I love the forums and everything that AnandTech offers however I have a number of question about why you think anyone would want to pay for them:

Go here to see the issues I'm talking about.

The search page has been broken for 2 or 3 days now, and you haven't rolled back to the old version.

Do you not test things on a seperate server first?
Do you not use CVS or some sort of version control so that you can roll things back if something breaks?

A number of users have reported login problems over the last little while, their emails/PM/posts have been ignored.

Do you not see this as an issue?
Do you not realise that this just puts more strain on your resources as people have to create multiple accounts since their emails for assistance go unanswered?
Would you rather people just created multiple accounts and wasted DB/Server space/resources when they experience login issues?

I'm not trying to put you guys down, I know you have alot on your plates, but if you expect people to pay for something then they expect things to be/seem professional. Leaving broken/un-tested code in a Production environment for more then a few hours seems very un-professional to me (and I'm sure others).

If you need a hand with your QA/Testing proceedures/environment please le me know, I'm more then willing to help.
