Why World Community agent running at 25%?

I have an AMD Athlon 64X2 4800+

The UD agent has lately been running on 25% capacity.
It used to be 50%. (Shown in Task Manager)

Cool n quiet is disabled.

any clues?

I reinstalled but that did not help.

Switch over to World Community Grid using BOINC though, and you'll be pretty much crunching the same thing.

yeah i know UD devices is over...
I'm using the World Community grid agent...so it should be working ok...I guess i have to try boinc then
