Why won't my treo check email?

Every time i try to connect to my comcast mailbox, it gives me the following error message:

Error: GPRS connection not available. Check your settings in Network Preferences and/or try again later (0x7143

try selecting t-zones under prefs:network

i pay for t-zones...don't see how to get to network preferences and select tzones

Hrm, my uber-technical skillz allow me to see that your GPRS connection not available. So you should probably check your settings in Network Preferences and/or try again later.
