It won't even run stable at 210 fsb. I've tried 1.1 and 5.4. I've read about systems with the same specs as mine getting up to 250 or more fsb. Am I missing a setting?

disable last two GAT settings, and put normAL for the second one.

either try ram timings by spd or relax them yourself.

My ram is at 2.8=just enough for stability;)

if you have two sticks just try one or them out of dual channel

Thank's, I'll try that. My ram timings are by spd, should I still try relaxing the timing? If so what timings should I try? The spd timings are: 2-6-2-2

Tried it all, no go. Could it be my RAM? I've ran memtest for 8 hrs with no errors with SPD timings.

try the fsb 250 if you havent with 5:4 and all the settings above...it may be that ur ram cant run that high....i know i cant stray far from 250 with 5:4 with my ram.

There's too many variables to list.
You'll have to do some digging and see what others have done to get oc's.
Could be power supply, cpu, memory, cooling, etc.
You also have to give more info, like

What cpu you have, heatsink, memory, OS, etc.
