Why won't my bios keep the FSB setting saved?

Should be 133 MHz FSB on my A7N8X Deluxe with an XP2100+ Thoroughbred chip. Sometimes it boots up at 100MHz as a 1500+; other times it's booting up at 150 MHz, my old setting I had it at; but it WON'T boot up to what's in the freaking bios. Any ideas?

I have 1001.G bios version, I tried flashing, but still says the same thing. Anyone experience this?

Simply put, it's booting at 150 MHz, even though in my BIOS it says 133 MHz...I don't get it.

Also, when I save & exit, it just goes black screen, I have to hit the button to reboot.
