Why would you call for tech support and not have the product in front of you?

Why would you call for an RMA and not have a pen handy?

Why would you order itemized computer components online and then expect a fully built PC to come in the mail?

Even the Guru doesn't have all the answers. 🙁
 
Why would you call tech support for an ISP and not have a username/acct number?

Why would you call tech support and not even be in front of your computer?

Why would you call tech support and complain because you couldn't navigate the phone menus?

When I called tech support (or attempted to) regarding enabling MP3 recording on my VoodooTV card I had to do it w/o the computer because the hours they are available to call is almost exactly the hours I'm at work. 3dfx's support ended up saying they don't support it, just the voodoo3-5 line 🙁

So I ended up buying an excellent product that will be replaced in a year or two due to lack of support 🙁

Note: instructions say &quot;To enable MP3 recording goto <non-existant URL> and register your product to get instructions&quot;

1 to 3 % of our population is dumb.... How many times have you seen them standing inside, pushing on the ENTER ONLY door to go out ? or standing outside &amp; trying to get in the exit door ??

Well, I sold a HD to a guy once who thought he knew about computers. He was disappointed that:

It didn't have an OS (Win98) on it.
It didn't have a cable with it.
It didn't come with a disk mangler disk (sic)

I like the guys that come to a store that opens at 10... AT 9:30.

Had this happen today:

Driving. Changed lanes into a clear lane AND ACCELERATED. Lady ten car lengths behind me ACCELERATES MORE and gets right on my ass and starts cursing. WHY?

Because she can't defy the laws of physics and accelerate THROUGH ME???? Weird.
 
Once JUST ONCE, I would like to drive around with a bucket full of water balloons and chuck them at moron drivers.

Oh, and why do people seem to think software should be psychic? And why are they mad when they find out it isn't?

Those are just side effects of being a moron. The symptoms are called ignorance and laziness 🙂
