i've had these threads posted up for months.....
why all of a sudden am I classified as a dealer?
You posted that you have an undefined amount of product.
"I have some Microsoft Wireless Intellieye Explorer Mice for sale."
You admit to having sold these mice to "Several AT members" in the past.
"Several AT members have purchased these off of me, and they love 'em!
$43 shipped for one of these bad boys."
you also admit to having undetermined amounts other MS hardware available to any interested parties.
"I also have other Microsoft stuff for sale too (gamepads, wired optical mice) -- if u are interested, please msg me."
You have obviously been buying this hardware in bulk, or have access to larger quantities. Either way, you're aquiring these items with the intent of reselling them on the forum. That makes you a "dealer" by our definition.
