"Sudhian", and the "i" is red (like a blood drop).

I like viahardware much better, as well as hardocp.

dunno what the new name really means. It's hard to pronounce too.

They wanted to become a website not just dedicated to one segment (Via Hardware) of the industry.

The rename was a pretty smart move, if you ask me.

I think having viahardware as the name gave them some branding issues...people thought their site was sponsored by Via...I even thought it was Via's official site at first. It was a good idea to change, but I don't now why they gave it such a strange name.

Sudhian (pronounced Sood-HIGH-an) is a fictional word, created by the founder (who was also the founder of viahardware.)

How did he create it when a quick google search brings up a newspaper that has been using that name for 34 years?

Actually, it's nice that they allow custom user icons. Wish ATOT had the same feature :D :D!
With the amount of people here... It would bring the bandwidth to its knees!

But I really do like my icon and sig. ;)

Wow! You post there also!

As much as I agree with everything you say, I don't think that it would've increased the bandwidth drastically. They could put a limitation on pictures size, like 10KB per picture, for example.
