That sucks ASS. I would seriously consider getting the police involved right now and just saving yourself the effort of confronting him or playing around with this or whatever. f**king scumbag!!!!! (not you 🙂)
 
I'd suggest just walking to the door with a couple friends and saying: "Hi, can I have it back? You've got a minute..."

That's all I'd say. Then if it they don't go and get it then pull out the cell phone call the local PD and just wait outside that door... Make sure you've got your receipt as well - and I expect you've all ready reported it missing as well...

When you get it back, say: "Game Over!" and walk away...

That sucks man... I gave my sister a digital camera for xmas, and she took it to a party and left it in her purse... I guess all the girls left their coats and purses or whatever in the guy's kitchen, she goes to leave at the end of the night and the camera is gone... of course, unless whoever took it knows how a digital camera works, they're sol for getting it to work without software or a smartmedia reader, etc. Ironically the same thing happened to MY first digitial camera a few years earlier, but back then there is almost no chance they ever got the photos out of the camera. Stupid punk ass kids.
 
I would go see him THIS second and beat that f@ckers head in, I would not even ask him about I would pound him then ask...


BTW i live in Pleasant Hill just tell me were he lives and I will go get it back.
 
man that totally blows, my condolances. Been in a similar situation a few years back. It sucks when people you think are your friends are just grubbing thieves. :|
 
Are you underage? If so, get physical. Otherwise, it's not worth the chance of being hauled to court.

Think of something extremely outrageous that you can do to him if he doesn't cooperate. Like, holding a katana in your hand as he answers the door. lol!

I've spoken with the sheriff and filed the report.

The person in question already denied it when the Officer called.

I hate it when a-holes do that.
Make him proof that GC is his, such as reciept or even the damn GC box.
