If they lifted it now all the kiddies would be giggling and posting "naughty words" in their posts to get themselves off.

Thing is if there never was a ban in the first place it wouldn't be much different than it is now. There are tons of other boards out there that allow swearing and softcore picture posting yet neither actually ever get used much. Of course I'm referring to boards that aren't specifically ABOUT softcore porn and swearing.
