Why The **** is Pizza...

Big chains have deals all the time. I'm in Chicago and even the local places have a large w/ 3 toppings for $9.99. You fail.

Like $20 for a large!
=/

find a cheaper place, by my GF's house there's a place where u get 2 20" pizzas a order of chicken wings and a 2 liter of soda for like 30 bucks. I think 1 HUGE 28" flying saucer pizza is just under 20 bucks and it's twice the size of any large I've ever seen.

Don't know where you get your pizza but everywhere I see a large is not $20. Little chains and big chains around me aren't that expensive unless it's like Round Table Pizza and they're super expensive.

$10 at Costco. Companies love to buy them by the dozen for parties. This one time I saw a couple people loading at least 30 pizzas into their minivan.

If you like a paper thin layer of cheese. Worst pizza I ever had. I'd rather get a $5 DiGiorno.

I don't know why it's so expensive. Right now, Mozzarella is around $1.35 a pound. Pepperoni's under $3 a pound, a case of pizza sauce is around $15ish.
A 16" round pizza uses about 1 pound of cheese. Dough is pretty cheap to make as well. Off the top of my head, I don't know what the cost is for a 50 pound bag of high gluten flour, but it's not that much.

16" pizza dough(ball) costs about $.25.

I love Little Ceasers pizza. It's the best in it's price range, including frozen pizzas, and I'd take it over Dominoes any day of the week.

because you have not be graced with the $5 Hot n' Ready! I'm not saying it's GOOD pizza, but, well, um, it's pretty terrible actually.

BUT ONLY FIVE DOLLARS!

But I hate cooking anything and will gladly spend the extra money for someone else to cook it. I'm making taco's for dinner tonight cus that's easy to do and all you need to cook is the meat.

The place down the road for my old place sold a large pepperoni for $8 and they made the best pizza I've ever had.

yeah, the chains here have larges for about 12 or so, plus toppings, and the local places theyre 14 or 15, plus toppings.

20 is a bit of a ripoff unless its a huge pizza. make your own
