WHY THE FVCK does Windows STILL not have a "No to All" option?!?!?!?

I mean come on! How hard is it to add a "No to All" option in Windows Explorer? If I want to copy a bunch of files from one location to another and half of them are the same why would I overwrite them?? How about NO TO ALL!?!?! OH WAIT NO, I HAVE TO PRESS NO EVERY FVCKING TIME! :|

If you just copy and paste, if the files are the same, it won't overwrite if you just save Yes to All.

But still, would it be too much to add a No to All button? There is the Yes To All button - they don't make you do Shift+Yes.
