if i had to attain a large amount of information within a short amount of time, and my means of obtaining the information (or answers) is through research on the net and through forums, then by asking questions in forums and simultaneously doing research, i will maximize my efficiency in obtaining the required information.

Of course, to be reasonable, i will not ask questions which i know i could obtain easily and quickly through personal research on the net, but instead, i will only ask questions that i sense will be difficult and time consuming or if after having attempted to acquire the information with repeated failure.

this is the way to work, multitasking!
