It was heavy sarcasm. ;)

I always get a laugh out of the jokers who call Rush powerful one minute and the next irrelevant. Talk about out of touch with reality.

He constantly slams McCain and Huckabee. Hmmm.....gee...wonder who that means he is supporting? He even went so far today as to say a McCain/Huckabee ticket would be a nitemare.

I mean....he has called McCain a traitor and Huckabee a kook.

Of course, Rush announces this conflict of interest whenever he talks about McCain and Romney.

Right?

So condemning every candidate but 1, is not showing any kind of endorsement?

Right?

My question precisely.

LOL, ok. I need to re-tune my sarcasm meter. You are throwing me off after supporting Obama!

What? Are you really this dense? Religion is a choice. Race is not. Mittens chose to be a mormon. Obama did not choose his race. More retardation from the right is see. You guys have a monopoly on stupidity these days--well, all days.

Bigotry is bigotry though.

Anyone care to make a list of the people here who were wrong in their weekly Rush witchhunt?

Well it's not Rushes fault if Romney wasn't popular enough to win votes is it? I'm sure Rush did his darnedest to spout all the hate he could muster in the short amount of time that Romney was in the race...

So Romney drops out and Rush is all of the sudden supposed to change his tune and support McCain? But that would be hypocritical!! and we all know Rush is anything but a hypocrite :D But it suurree would support your shortsighted theory wouldn't it Corbett?

you repubs are really 1 can short of a six pack arentcha? :p

And for the record - I am not one of the above that claimed Rush only bashed McCain because of Romney. Rush has had it in for McCain for a long time. But your reasoning is shortsighted, and you need to be made aware of that. Of course Rush isn't going to stop bashing McCain now....DUUUUHHH He would look like an idiot if he did regardless of whether he wanted Romney to win or not. SO we will never know if there was/is a Romney Rush connection....and quite frankly I've devoted waaay too much time on it already to care any longer.

How do you judge people if not by the choices they make? He chooses to be a Mormon, thus I judge him harshly for it.

MY reasoning is shortsighted? How so? Im pointing out just how short sighted some of the resident conspiracy theorists here are.

Rush has always bashed McCain. The entire point of this thread was to prove that Rush was somehow working for the Romney camp, which he obviously is not. If he were, the attacks on McCain would have stopped as soon as Romney exited the race.

But what Rush will PROBABABLY do is beat up on McCain until the democrat nominee is chosen, then turn his anger to that person. He will focus on pointing out the flaws of the candidate who he believe would do more damage to this country. When it was McCain vs Romney, he believed McCain was a bigger threat to the country. And when the democrat is chosen to run again McCain, he will focus his attacks on that candidate becaus he believes McCain will be the lesser of two evils.

Of course, I'm sure when that happens, we will have another thread with some outlandish claim that Rush is now secretly working for the McCain camp through some weak link of corporate connections.

Rush, hannity, etc etc have become irrelevant

I missed these gems. If what you claim is true, how do you explain the failure of Dubai ports and even more recently, the illegal amnesty bill?

Yeah, I was Wrong so far. I expected Rush To get on the GOP Bandwagon once McCain solidified the nomination. Man does he Really Hate McCain. If he maintains this position he is showing some integrity on everything he has said in the Past.

Now Hannity, Is a corporate shrill and has jumped on to the McCain bandwagon. But he is just a little bitch whore anyway.

Ill admit that Rush isnt irrelevant in this reguard, He actually may hurt the GOP this cycle rather than help it.

I stand by the Hannity is irrelevant though.

They bloviate and bloviate all day about how McCain isn't conservative and yet he's clearly going to be the nominee. Rush basically has it in for him but obviously American voters could care less. Guess what, people aren't nearly as extreme as Rush or these other guys are, and that's thankfully where I see both D and R parties headed; the middle.

that is completely wrong.
