Why 'pro-life' Texas is arguing in court that a fetus has no rights.

Like I always knew, Republicans don't give a shit about the unborn. It's all about control and their right wing agenda. In this case brown immigrant fetuses don't count.

Of course, in the future they will reverse that in order to get their nationwide abortion ban.

This actually one case I hope they win as it would be a potential nail in the coffin for anti abortion. If a fetus isn’t recognized as a person then it’s not murder;)

You're confusing the fetus of a human being with that of an illegal immigrant...

/Republican Texan-speak.

Pro-Life is only for full fledged US citizens. Immigrants are not even human beings. Proper rules don't apply to them. Do with them as you wish. That includes killing.

Side rant, many of the damn prison systems are for-profit enterprises. Think about that for a moment. They have a vested monetary interest in keeping people locked up.
Felix must be deep in prison stocks, only possible explanation for his hard core commitment to the failed drug war.

Republican's talking points have devolved into dehumanizing the made up enemies that they were brain fucked into believing while frantically avoiding and distracting from the fact that they have nothing to offer the bulk of the population that inhabit the middle class and the poor except to flood the media with their racism, hate, fear, religious chicanery and being painfully sensitive and reactionary of anything that turns a critical eye toward their extremist right wing fascist agenda.

The GOP has become their own worst enemy and worst of all they were led to believe that being held accountable for their actions is impossible because they were also led to believe that GOD is on their side thus they are the true saviors of a nation that excuses themselves of their malfeasance and treachery of which in their corporate-owned and operated FOX addled minds excludes any one and/or thing they are told to reject with "extreme prejudice" from their Order with particular attention paid to traitors that threaten their master's fragile grip on their minions.
