Damn, that's a pretty good deal. Stupid microcenter. Oh well, I have TWO Fry's in easy driving distance. ;)

Netflix seems to be the only thing that keeps me from making one of these into an HTPC. Otherwise it would be pretty sweet. Zotac and Sapphire have nice little E-systems, but if I were to go with them I'd probably want a BD as well.

Hopefully the Low Power Trinity has the HP to do Netflix.

Or hopefully Netflix can leverage the GPU better.

Have you considered something like the A4-3400? Always seemed like a great HTPC chip, CPU should have more than enough oomph to handle HD Netflix and the GPU is a bit more capable as well for light gaming and stuff like that. It's a bit more expensive than an E-350 mini ITX board but not terribly so, the CPU is $70 and an FM1 microATX board can be found for about the same or slightly less.

I'm mostly just mulling the idea over right now. If the E-350/450 were up to the task I'd probably jump on it, but will wait to see what happens with Trinity. Would like to go as small as possible, just a Mobo/CPU/Ram/BD/HDorSSD.

Ran a E-350 HTPC for a while.

Not being capable of playing Netflix HD drove me nuts, sold it.

Now using a i5 2500. Not having any troubles now.

I hear you man. Same thing happened to me.

Bought myself a Radeon 3450 to play a few games like Farmsville, but it wasn't really cutting it so I bought myself a GTX 680 OC'd edition.

Runs real good now.
