Why do we only have the ability to put our ICQ # in our profile? Does Fusetalk not allow extra strings, like MSNm, AIM, and Yahoo?

<< Probably because ICQ tends to be the most popular of the IM apps. >>

When you combine AOL membership and AIM screen names, I don't think so :)

<< I think ICQ was the one that let them use their trademark and such. >>

hmmm...that could be, but I've seen other forums with AIM and MSNm links. Isn't that just free promo for the IM services?

I don't know.

When you use something with a magnitude of these forums, I suppose some companies don't like you using their logos and such to message other users...

Ah, thanks Whiz. I searched for ICQ and nothing came up, so I thought this was a new topic.

True, but AOL email addresses are banned here. This probably filters out quite a few of the would be AOL users here.

MSN e-mail addresses are banned her also, to prevent trolling and the like. So it does make it ever so slitghtly difficult... since MSN Messenger needs to use a hotmail addy...

Hope this helps abit more,

Albert.
