Why oh why did they take away my alt-tab?

wtf? I mean really.

Nevermind, it looks like it is buggy as hell.

I hit alt+tab at the desktop about 5 time, and I couldn't do anything.

But when i maximized IE, then it started working.

Only, after using alt+tab, two of my active applications disappeared off of my desktop!
They're still running in the background, according to task manager's processes list, but they are gone off of the applications list.

(Coretemp and prime95)

how do I get back my missing applications?

and remind me, never to use alt+tab again in Win7

I think you have other issues with your installation. You can definitey alt/tab in 7.

I can alt/tab fine with Windows 7.

Larry, your running a beta OS and a version Im sure is much older than mine. You really dont need to create a thread about everything you don't like, try to keep it to one thread so we can all just ignore it, mkay?

Make sure your color scheme is set to Windows Aero, if you change color appearance windows aero is disabled and you can't flip the windows. Open the classic appearance properties and make sure it set to Aero...
