Why not flush regularly?

I can only think of two reasons. You have a dialup line and may not be connected, or you like having really impressive days (like not having sex for a week and then, POW! Lookout!)

I just keep my system running all the time and it seems to flush after 16 work units.

Hehe, this is an area that to each, his own.

Another reason is machines that need to be flushed manually, often by diskette. I'm currently running 5 of those PLUS a computer lab of 15 machines that flush to a Pproxy that I have to manually flush the Pproxy. I normally flush these sneaker machines every week or two.

My home and office herds, currently 18 machines, are frequent flushers, flushing evry completed WU.

The balance of the herd is on dial-up detection. One of these is 24/7, but is only on line a couple times a week.

Gosh, that's a total of 43 machines now.

Narzy, that's a popular misconception about marriage... The truth is, married people basically stop having sex except for special occasions. This is especially true after children enter the picture.

... man, do I remember college life fondly ... 😉

Well, my blocks go every time I flush!
And whenever I go, I'm not blocked so there's something to flush!

We are talking RC5, aren't we? 😕
