Why not Black Wednesday?

What would be the point? If Best Buy goes for Black Wednesday then Target will try Black Tuesday and Wal-Mart trumps them both with Black Monday. A couple of counter moves later and it's Black Columbus Day. I don't think anyone is willing to take the step of going before Thanksgiving because it just gets everyone into a race they can't win.

Saw something that the best prices(not BF doorbusting deals) can be found the week before Thanksgiving as places are trying to clear inventory.

Oh and many many years ago, CompUSA did that once. I remember buying a laptop that was normally $1k for $500. I think the sale started at like 6pm Wednesday night and ran to midnight.

Wasn't Newegg advertising Black November? I think I saw that term used in some of the emails they send me.

The point being I could buy doorbusters on Wednesday and then relax on Thursday!!!!!!!

Yup, lots of leftovers are cleared out to make room. The items can be random, but the deals are often very nice.

I almost bought a plastic hamburger keychain that burps for $.50 at Staples yesterday, but I was able to control myself.

Buy 20, presto, shopping done for everyone on your list.

As a white male, I'm extremely offended by the whole Black Friday thing. I would like to participate too, y'know! :colbert:
White male privileged isn't enough? Become a job creator and then you'll reap your rewards.

No...wait...you didn't create that either.

Sorry, Mix, back to your Mom's basement. Apply for disability.
